I like to think I give thoughtful gifts for presents- things that I know my family and friends are surprised and excited to open. I love the present giving part of Christmas, seeing others open gifts that I’ve really put a lot of thought into makes me so happy. I wanted to give the opportunity to share a little joy this Christmas, so I’m having a contest for a free session including an 16×20 wall print!
But the Christmas “catch” to this contest is that you can only enter the contest as a gift for someone else. So instead of winning it yourself you’ll be winning the session for someone you know. A gift certificate will be emailed to you on the 23rd just in time for you to pop it under the tree. So maybe you have a best friend expecting their first child who needs maternity portraits, or a boss with children who’d love some fun family pictures, or maybe your Grandma would love a wall print of all her grandchildren?

There are two ways to enter:
1.) Leave a comment in this blog post with the person’s first name of who you’d give it to if you won.
2.) For an additional entry, leave a message on my Facebook Fan page with the person’s first name you who you’d give it to if you won.
If you know the person you want to enter for frequents my blog (or might see the FB comment) and you and you don’t want to leave a details or a name, just leave a nice comment and send me a email.
If you know someone really special who would really love a family portrait session, share the links with friends for them to enter on their behalf as well. And maybe if you share the links enough someone will enter your name to win too 🙂
A little fine print:
The prize includes one Lifestyle Session to be used in the 2011. This also includes one 16×20 custom wall print. The prize can not be used towards wedding coverage, but could be used as engagement session. Each person can enter on behalf of one friend/family only. Deadline is December 23rd at 12noon. Winner will be notified by email.

My Grandma! We have never had family pictures done but I’m sure it’s something she would enjoy. She brings our family together and I think this would be a really unique way to show how much we love her (:
