I’ve known Iris and Anthony since I met them at a Christmas party at my sisters home years ago. I remember seeing Iris across the room and thinking how stunningly beautiful she was and how I would love to photograph her someday. I was so happy they selected me to be their wedding photographer for their celebrations in Banff this fall. This past summer we were able to meet up on a Saturday evening and walk through Fort Edmonton Park together to photograph their engagement portraits. Iris really wanted some of that perfect golden hour light, but the forest fires this year really put a damper on sunsets this summer. However, the night ended up just perfect and I love our little collection of memories from their engagement.
