Marissa and Rob were married in Edmonton on day full of friends and family. Marissa is Portuguese, Rob is Croatian and they incorporated both cultures throughout their day. I love when couples take bits of their heritage and share it at their wedding. Their reception was full of wonderful details like a bottle of Croatian and Portuguese wine on each table and even traditional bands in each language. There was traditional welcome liquors from both countries as well. Marissa thought of everything- a full after dinner coffee bar, an awesome candy bar, chocolate fountain, an activity center for the kids, extra sandals for the guests to dance the night away…I could go on and on. Nothing was forgotten. Just like no one will be forgetting this wedding for a long long time 🙂
