2 weeks ago we were blessed to have another daughter join our family! Maeve Nowell was born February 11 weighing in at 7 lbs and 1 oz. She is a content, peaceful baby who loves to be held and snuggled. I am spending every minute taking in her lovely baby smell and enjoying how she tries to nuzzle in as close as she can to me. The last two weeks have gone by in a blur and although I’ve been meaning to write this post everyday since she was born I just hadn’t been able to pull myself away from my girls. Violet is loving her sister (mostly from a distance- I’m still trying to get a picture of them actually together!) and life is seeming pretty much perfect. I feel like the luckiest mom ever.
